Jordy is an Associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation, Antitrust and Insolvency Practice Group. He assists Foster's highly experienced litigators in high-stakes litigation across a variety of areas involving complex technical and regulatory issues, including disputes in the financial service sector, banking, mining, energy and fintech industries.
He also regularly supports the firm's multidisciplinary teams of corporate lawyers, white-collar investigation and dispute resolution specialists in sensitive financial crimes, government inquiries, internal and regulatory investigations as well as major fraud cases that require intense collaboration between Foster's practice groups along with effective stakeholder communication and regulatory engagement.
Jordy is a part of the team that advises international and domestic clients on litigation strategy, intricate contract disputes, procedural issues, and interactions with public authorities where he teams up with the clients' in-house legal teams in the fact-finding process, evidence tracking and management, witness interview, formulation of legal arguments and submission of lawsuits to the relevant courts.
