Marthin provides a broad range of transactional and business counsel to corporate clients, both public and privately-held corporations, in the banking, finance, energy, manufacturing, media and technology industries on a wide spectrum of corporate and capital markets transactions, with particular expertise in IPOs, right issues, bond and sukuk issuances.
Marthin's legal support for clients in these industries is informed by his extensive knowledge and experience regarding the market, typical business and operational practices of participants, as well as their dynamic regulatory environment and bureaucratic complexity in Indonesia. Clients also value Marthin’s counsel on corporate governance, disclosures and other compliance and commercial issues affecting public companies.
Among his notable engagements and transactional experience, Marthin advised PT Samcro Hyousung Adi Lestari on its IPO and counseled PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk, PT MNC Energy Investment Tbk and PT Panca Global Kapital Tbk on their right issues. He also assisted PT Global Mediacom Tbk, PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk and PT OKI Pulp & Paper Mills Tbk on their bond issuances. In sukuk issuance matters, Marthin supported PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk on the issuance of Long-Term Sukuk Mudharabah Notes.
