As a disputes lawyer and a licensed Receiver and Administrator (AKPI), Prihandana concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, financial services litigation, bankruptcy and debt restructuring, antitrust and competition, including regulatory investigation involving foreign investors from emerging markets across a wide array of industries, such as financial services, fintech, logistics, energy and natural resources, manufacturing and FMCG, technology, F&B and retail sectors.

He has over 15 years of extensive experience as litigator and corporate lawyer, having previously worked at two prominent Indonesian corporate law firms where he was involved in numerous contentious matters, commercial disputes, insolvency mandates, including corporate matters such as joint ventures, acquisition transactions, data privacy and protection work.
