Yosef is a Senior Associate in the firm's Corporate, Commercial and Investment Practice Group. Yosef has broad experience and outstanding knowledge in the area of corporate transactions, bond issuances and capital markets with an emphasis on initial public offering, right issues as well as private and public mergers and acquisitions.

His practice includes assisting clients with their mandatory tender offers, ongoing reporting obligations, affiliated transactions, material transactions, conflicts of interest, public disclosures, and private placements, corporate governance requirements and other compliance issues arising under the capital market regulations of Indonesia's Financial Services Authority, as well as general corporate law matters.

Characterized by clients as a dynamic, forward-thinking lawyer who has strong technical capability and a commercially minded approach, Yosef has advised issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities in a number of industries, with a focus on financial services (banking, finance, fintech and insurance), consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, media, real estate and construction. He also provides regulatory and transactional advice to public and private companies in connection with merger and acquisition transactions, asset purchases and sales, joint ventures, and other strategic deals, including business expansion, restructurings and reorganisations.

Yosef's representative transactions include Initial Public Offerings (IPO) of PT MNC Studios International Tbk (with global offerings in Hongkong, Singapore & Malaysia), PT Venteny Fortuna International Tbk, PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk and PT MNC Vision Networks Tbk. He also counseled large corporates such as PT Global Mediacom Tbk, PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk, PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk, PT MNC Kapital Indonesia and PT Oki Pulp and Paper Mills in relation to their bond issuances, including right issues of PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk, PT MNC Sky Vision Network Tbk and PT MNC Investama Tbk.

In the banking and finance space, Yosef advised PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk on the extension of bilateral credit facility to PT Pelindo I (Persero) Tbk, and assisted PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk in negotiating and closing transaction documents in relation to the provision of syndicated financing from several Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises and private banks. Yosef also successfully supported PT Alto Network (Djarum Group) in obtaining the Payment Services Provider license (Category 1) from Bank Indonesia.
