Fauzi is an Associate in the firm's Corporate, Commercial and Investment Practice Group who advises clients on a broad spectrum of cutting edge issues in infrastructure work, project and public utilities development, general corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and divestitures, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance and advisory matters across the financial services, pharmaceutical, real estate, construction, manufacturing and consumer sectors.
He acted as a team leader in assisting a local government agency pertaining to the preparation of procurement documents (among others, Request for Qualification Document, Request for Proposal and the Cooperation Agreement) for infrastructure-related cooperation in the implementation of Drinking Water Supply System which adopts both PPP (Public-Private Partnership) and Business-to-Business models.
Fauzi was also involved in the provision of legal advisory to a state-owned holding company specializing in insurance, guarantees and investments on the implementation of parenting model concept in compliance with local insurance regulations, where he contributed to a limited legal due diligence on the holding company and its ten subsidiaries.
In another notable transaction, he counseled a domestic pharmaceutical company on the entire legal aspects of shares acquisition of a local healthcare business, including legal due diligence, preparation of transaction documents, regulatory compliance and procurement of mandatory licenses in the healthcare industry.
